INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE
A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
We invite all interested parties to participate in the international scientific conference entitled “Polish-Lithuanian Union and the European Heritage Label”, which will take place on September 15, 2018, at ul. Złota 9 (conference room of the Dominicans – entrance from the courtyard). The conference will start at 9:00 .During the conference, the restoration works of the Basilica will be discussed.Dominicans, as well as the wider context and significance of this place for the history of Europe. During the meeting, the film prepared for the needs of the promotion of the Basilica will be played. We anticipate several discussion panels devoted to the exchange of reflection. Participation in the conference is free. We invite everyone to actively participate in this cultural event. The order of applications decides on participation in the conference. 10:00 – 10:40 – prof. dr hab. Leszek Wojciechowski – The formation of the Sanctuary of the Holy Cross.
